About Me

I will make your experience positive by providing professional, quick and easy acess services to get your documents notarized at the location of your choice.

I am trained and certified by nationally recognized programs including the National Notary Association (NNA), Notary Coach and Notary2Pro. I am certified through the NNA for the State of Illinois. In additon I am a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent.

I am Bonded and carry $1M in Errors & Omissions insurance and $300k in General Liability Insurance. I service anyone within 100 miles of my location.

All fees are determined on a case by case basis. Discounts are given to Senior Citizens, Veterans, disabled persons, and low income individuals (receiving SNAP or TANF please mention when you schedule your appointment).

Notary Services

Trained by the National Notary Association, Illinois Notary Network and the American Association of Notaries to serve the public as an impartial witness, verify identity, mental capacity and willingness to sign.

Loan Signing Services

I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association, Notary2Pro, and Sign & Thrive by the Notary Coach to handle various loan documents, applications, and reverse mortgages. Over 1000 loans closed familar with ink and hybrid signings.

Other Services

I-9 Employment Verification, Apostille Obtaining Service, Printing Service, Wedding Officiant (ordained Minister), Confidential Document Delivery, and various types of Commercial and Residential Property Inspections.

If you travel to me by appointment we will meet at the Waynesville Public Library during their operating hours or in their parking lot.
